QUESTION
Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for his family life, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, on account of his placement in May 2007 in the Ladyzhynska correctional colony notwithstanding his and his mother’s requests for his placement closer to his parents’ home to facilitate their ability to visit him (see e.g. Vintman v. Ukraine (no. 28403/05, §§ 101-104, 23 October 2014)?
