ze dne 23. července 1986,
kterým se mění rozhodnutí 83/384/EHS, pokud jde o seznam zařízení v Austrálii schválených pro dovoz čerstvého masa do Společenství

KOMISE EVROPSKÝCH SPOLEČENSTVÍ,
s ohledem na Smlouvu o založení Evropského hospodářského společenství,
s ohledem na směrnici Rady 72/462/EHS ze dne 12. prosince 1972 o veterinárních a hygienických otázkách dovozu skotu, prasat a čerstvého masa ze třetích zemí [1], naposledy pozměněnou nařízením (EHS) č. 3768/85 [2], a zejména na čl. 4 odst. 1 a čl. 18 odst. 1 uvedené směrnice,
s ohledem na směrnici Rady 77/96/EHS ze dne 21. prosince 1976 o vyšetření čerstvého masa domácích prasat na svalovce (trichinella spiralis) při jeho dovozu ze třetích zemí [3], naposledy pozměněnou nařízením (EHS) č. 3768/85, a zejména na článek 4 uvedené směrnice,
vzhledem k tomu, že seznam zařízení v Austrálii schválených pro dovoz čerstvého masa do Společenství byl původně sestaven rozhodnutím Komise 83/384/EHS [4] naposledy pozměněným rozhodnutím 86/251/EHS [5];
vzhledem k tomu, že rutinní kontrolou podle článku 5 směrnice 72/462/EHS a čl. 3 odst. 1 rozhodnutí Komise 83/196/EHS ze dne 8. dubna 1983 o provádění kontrol na místě při dovozu skotu, prasat a čerstvého masa ze třetích zemí [6] bylo odhaleno, že hygienická úroveň některých zařízení se od poslední kontroly změnila;
vzhledem k tomu, že seznam zařízení by tudíž měl být pozměněn;
vzhledem k tomu, že opatření tohoto rozhodnutí jsou v souladu se stanoviskem Stálého veterinárního výboru,
PŘIJALA TOTO ROZHODNUTÍ:
Článek 1
Příloha rozhodnutí 83/384/EHS se nahrazuje přílohou tohoto rozhodnutí.
Článek 2
Toto rozhodnutí je určeno členským státům.
