ktorým sa mení a dopĺňa rozhodnutie 83/384/EHS, pokiaľ ide o zoznam prevádzkarní v Austrálii schválených s cieľom dovozu čerstvého mäsa do spoločenstva
(86/389/EHS)
KOMISIA EURÓPSKYCH SPOLOČENSTIEV,
so zreteľom na Zmluvu o založení Európskeho hospodárskeho spoločenstva,
so zreteľom na smernicu Rady 72/462/EHS 12. decembra 1972 o otázkach zdravotnej a veterinárnej inšpekcie pri dovoze hovädzieho dobytka a ošípaných a čerstvého mäsa z tretích krajín [1], naposledy zmenenú a doplnenú nariadením (EHS) č. 3768/85 [2], najmä na jej článok 4 ods. 1 a článok 18 ods. 1,
so zreteľom na smernicu Rady 77/96/EHS z 21. decembra 1976 o vyšetrení na trichinely (Trichinella spiralis) pri dovoze čerstvého mäsa z tretích krajín získaného z domácich ošípaných [3], naposledy zmenenú a doplnenú nariadením (EHS) č. 3768/85, najmä na jej článok 4,
keďže zoznam prevádzkarní v Austrálii, schválených s cieľom dovozu čerstvého mäsa do spoločenstva, bol pôvodne vypracovaný podľa rozhodnutia Komisie 83/384/EHS [4], naposledy zmeneným a doplneným rozhodnutím 86/251/EHS [5];
keďže pravidelné inšpekcie podľa článku 5 smernice 72/462/EHS a článku 3 ods. 1 rozhodnutia Komisie 83/196/EHS z 8. apríla 1983 o inšpekciách na mieste, ktoré sa majú vykonávať, pokiaľ ide o dovoz hovädzieho dobytka a ošípaných a čerstvého mäsa z nečlenských krajín [6], odhalili, že úroveň hygieny niektorých prevádzkarní sa od poslednej inšpekcie zmenila;
keďže zoznam prevádzkarní je treba preto zmeniť a doplniť;
keďže opatrenia ustanovené v tomto rozhodnutí sú v súlade so stanoviskom Stáleho veterinárneho výboru,
PRIJALA TOTO ROZHODNUTIE:
Článok 1
Príloha k rozhodnutiu 83/384/EHS sa týmto nahrádza prílohou k tomuto rozhodnutiu.
Článok 2
Toto rozhodnutie je adresované členským štátom.
