SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The present applications concern the lawfulness of travel bans imposed by the domestic authorities on the applicants within the framework of various criminal proceedings in which they were not convicted, accused or suspected persons and the availability of an effective domestic remedy at their disposal in that connection.
QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES

1. Was any restriction placed on the applicants’ freedom to leave the territory of the respondent State, as guaranteed by Article 2 § 2 of Protocol No. 4 to the Convention?
