FACTS AND PROCEDURE
The applicant, Mr Ján Sarkocy, is a Slovak national, who was born in 1953 and lives in Limbach. He was represented before the Court by Ms E. Korčeková, a lawyer practising in Pezinok.
The Slovak Government (“the Government”) were represented by their Agent, Ms M. Pirošíková.
The applicant complained under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention about the length of his civil proceedings. He also complained of a violation of Article 13 of the Convention.
