1. Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for his correspondence with the Court, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention?
2. Has there been any hindrance by the State with the effective exercise of the applicant’s right of application, ensured by Article 34 of the Convention? In particular, did the acting head of IK-29, officers G. and B. of IK-29, or any other official exercise pressure on Mr K. Sattorov to withdraw his application (no. 46080/18) to the Court? Why was Mr K. Sattorov summoned to meet with the above officials on 21 February, 28 February, 11 March and 12 March 2019?
