Pursuant to Article 13 of the Financial Regulation of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) adopted by its Budget Committee on 7 July 1995 and last amended on 31 October 2001, "the budget, the establishment plan and the supplementary and/or amending budget(s) shall be published in the Official Journal of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs). The summary budget documents providing an overview per title, chapter, article and budgetary item shall likewise be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities. The President of the Office shall approve any other measure for publicizing the budget of the Office."
