SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns the prohibition of a demonstration intended to urge the President of the Republic not to sign the Fourth Amendment to the Fundamental Law in March 2013.
QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES
1. Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to freedom of peaceful assembly, contrary to Article 11 of the Convention (see Szerdahelyi v. Hungary, no. 30385/07, 17 January 2012)?
2. Did the applicant have at his disposal an effective domestic remedy for his Convention complaints, as required by Article 13 of the Convention?
