QUESTIONS
1. Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for his family life, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, bearing in mind the length of the divorce proceedings and their consequence for his relationship with his child?
2. The parties are invited to send a copy of the final decision of 2 November 2016 adopted by the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
