A.Pecuniary damage

Amount equivalent to share of grandfather's estate which applicant would have obtained had she been his "legitimate" granddaughter - compensation assessed on an equitable basis.

B.Costs and expenses

Partial reimbursement.

Conclusion: respondent State to pay specified sums to the applicant (unanimously).
