1. Was the applicant deprived of his liberty in breach of Article 5 § 1 of the Convention?
2. In particular, as regards the prolongation of his detention after 8 September 2011 (that is, after the expiry of the original ten-day time-limit to be counted from the end of his sentence in Hungary), was this measure lawful within the meaning of that provision?
