QUESTION
Regard being had to the parties’ submissions received by the Court, the Government are requested to provide an answer to question 4 contained in the Statement of the facts of the application and Questions to the parties appended to the Court’s letter of 15 November 2016. In particular, the question reads as follows:
As regards the authorities’ decision invalidating the applicant’s Russian passport, has there been an interference with the applicant’s right to respect for he private life, within the meaning of Article 8 § 1 of the Convention?
If so, was that interference in accordance with the law and necessary in terms of Article 8 § 2?
