PROCEDURE

The application was lodged by Futura Plusz Kft., a limited liability company registered in Hungary with its seat in Budapest. It was represented before the Court by Mr T. Boós, a lawyer practising in Miskolc. The Hungarian Government (“the Government”) were represented by Mr L. Höltzl, Agent, Ministry of Justice and Public Administration.

The applicant company complained under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention about the length of civil proceedings to which it was a party.
