PROCEDURE
The application was lodged by Ms Jasmina Janevska, a Macedonian national who was born in 1963 and lives in Veles. She was represented before the Court by Mr A. Mandak, a lawyer practising in Veles. The Macedonian Government (“the Government”) were represented by their Agent, Mrs R. Lazareska Gerovska.
On 22 February 2010 the Court decided to communicate the applicant's complaint concerning the length of civil proceedings in which she requested determination of a right to use a property. The proceedings began in February 1998 and ended on 12 April 2007 (date of service).
